Service Description

This package is for individuals who suffer from long-term or chronic consultations and need a certain length of follow-up consultations. You can book this consultation every 6-8 weeks. This slot can be used for homeoapthic follow-up consultations and flower essence consultations. This package is non-refundable. This is valid for 6 months. Email support between consultations Brief email support is included to help with simple questions or clarifications between consultations. Included in the package: ・Appointment confirmations, bookings and changes (these do not count towards the email limit) ・Brief clarification about your previous consultation ・Simple questions about how to use a remedy that has already been discussed ・Brief updates relating to your previous consultation You may send up to two brief emails about your consultation or remedies between each follow-up appointment. Appointment-related administrative emails are not included in this limit. A separate consultation may be needed for: ・Detailed discussions about changes in symptoms ・New health concerns or symptoms ・Individual assessment of symptoms or consideration of a new remedy prescription ・Questions requiring lengthy email exchanges or more detailed discussion I aim to reply to emails within two working days. If your question requires a more detailed assessment, I will let you know if a separate consultation would be more appropriate. Please note that email support is intended for brief clarification between appointments and does not replace a consultation.
